Shane is a York College of Pennsylvania graduate with a strong background in pool construction and project management, gained through experience with a leading Baltimore-area builder. Known for his industry knowledge and relationship-building skills, he provides dependable support to partners across the DELMARVA region. Shane has developed strong connections with distributors and dealers and is committed to delivering value through reliability and trust. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife Jessica and their golden retriever, golfing, riding motorcycles, hiking, and camping.

Amy is a seasoned professional with 26 years in the pool industry, bringing a strong dealer perspective to everything.  With extensive hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and operations, she deeply understands the challenges and opportunities dealers’ encounter.  Her passion lies in driving growth and innovation throughout the industry.

Justin brings strong sales experience in the pool and spa industry, with a proven track record of building trusted dealer relationships and delivering smart, solution-driven support.
