A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, Shane brings a strong foundation in pool construction and project management, shaped by his experience with a premier builder in the Baltimore metro area. His hands-on experience, combined with his industry knowledge & customer relationship skills, allow him to understand projects from the ground up and provide dependable support to partners throughout the region.
Shane has built very strong relationships with distributors & dealers throughout the DELMARVA region. He is committed to delivering value at every stage of the partnership through reliability and trust.
Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their golden retriever, Jeter. He’s an avid golfer and enjoys riding motorcycles, hiking, & camping.
Justin Hudor
ustin brings 14 years of distribution and manufacturer sales experience in the pool and spa industry, along with a proven track record of building trusted dealer relationships and delivering solution-driven support. His deep product knowledge and consultative approach allow him to understand the unique needs of each partner and provide strategic recommendations that drive growth.
Focused on long-term partnerships, Justin is committed to helping dealers succeed through responsiveness, reliability, and industry expertise. His energy and dedication make him a valuable asset as we continue to expand and support our partners.
Outside of work, he and his wife, Amanda, love to travel, explore new places and spend time with their son and daughter.
